The Santa Clara University Alumni Association will be hosting several events in Austin for Bronco fans attending the 2002 College Cup, hosted by the University of Texas.

Here's an update of all the exciting official and unofficial Santa Clara events that will guide us through the championship weekend! Please remember that all are invited to attend! Here's the event line-up:

1) Pre-Game Tailgate, Friday, December 6, 2:30 - 5 p.m.
Lot #99 on Red River near the south entrance of Mike Myers Stadium. Look for the Bronco Red Volvo Station Wagon with SCU banners, flags, and maroon and white balloons. Bring your own food and beverages, and let's gear up for the 6:30 p.m. game vs. North Carolina! 2) Game Time! 6:30 p.m. vs. UNC
For those of you still needing game tickets, contact Gia Biagi in the SCU ticket office at 408-551-1804. There are a limited number of tickets available, and you would need to contact the athletic ticket office by noon Thursday (PST). Ticket packages are $30 (no single game tickets will be sold).

3) Post-Game Reception, Omni Austin Hotel @ 9 p.m.
Return back to the team hotel to (hopefully) celebrate the Broncos victory! Omni Austin Hotel, 2nd floor, The Boardroom Salon 700 San Jacinto at 8th St., downtown Austin Hosted appetizers and a no-host bar Sponsored by the SCU Alumni Association

4) Game Time, Sunday 2 p.m. and Post-Game Reception, Omni Austin Hotel
If the Broncos advance to the finals on Sunday, we will have a post-game reception with the team on Sunday at the Omni Austin Hotel. There will be a small fee for food at the event, and a no-host bar. Sponsored by the SCU Athletic Department and Alumni Association.
