SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Rainy weather forecasted for the rest of this week has moved two non-conference tennis matches for the Santa Clara University women's program indoors.
The 75th-ranked Broncos were to start a four-match homestand at the Degheri Tennis Center on Wednesday with a contest against Hawaii at 3 p.m. That competition has been moved indoors to Club Sport Fremont at 9 a.m. For details on this venue, please click here.
Thursday's match against Washington State has also been moved indoors, and will be played at Club Sport's Pleasanton location on Thursday at noon. First serve was originally scheduled for 3:30 p.m. and the Cougars are also listed 75th nationally in this week's ITA rankings. For details on this venue, please click here.
Friday's contest against Saint Mary's is still tentatively scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. start at the Degheri Tennis Center, but please check back for current information as the week progresses.
Santa Clara is 3-2 on the season and became nationally ranked this season for the first time in program history.
