AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2001: Named to the All-WCC First Team... also named a WCC All-Academic honoree... moved from left side into the middle... named to the All-Tournament Teams for performances at the Phoenix Airport Hilton/Sun Devil Challenge and the SCU Invitational... was also named the WCC's Player of the Week for performance against No. 4 Stanford, Gonzaga and Portland... recorded 45 kills (5 pg), hit .323, served up five aces, and had 24 digs (2.67 pg)... posted 20 kills and six blocks vs. Loyola Marymount... against Gonzaga, notched 17 kills and 12 digs... against Stanford, led the SCU attack with 18 kills... finished fourth in the WCC in kills, averaging a team-leading 4.01 per game... counting only league games, that average jumped up to 4.36, third best in the conference... posted double digits in kills in 25 of the team's 29 matches, including 15 straight from Sept. 29 through Nov. 10... had 12 double-doubles on the season... notched a season-high 23 kills against San Jose State... averaged 5.33 kills pg and a .491 hitting percentage at Portland and Gonzaga... hit over .400 mark on eight occasions.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2000: Became the first freshman in Santa Clara history to earn the WCC's Freshman of the Year award... received All-WCC honorable mention honors... named to the All-Tournament team at the North Carolina/Nike Classic... earned a starting role on the right side early in the season and appeared in 96 games... averaged 3.36 kills and 1.92 digs per game... notched a career-high 27 kills at San Diego while hitting .533... had a career-high 20 digs at Gonzaga... also registered 70 assists, third on the team... registered 10 assists at Fresno State... added 11 digs in that match for a rare double-double ... registered five double-doubles on the season, including 21 kills and 10 digs at UC Santa Barbara... averaged .82 blocks per game, third on the team... notched six blocks against New Mexico, Louisville, ? and Saint Mary's.
