SAN MATEO, Calif. — Santa Clara men's cross country was recognized for its performance in the classroom and in the competitive arena on Thursday. Harvey Chilcott, Jack Davidson, Zach Litoff, Christian Raslowsky and Nicholas Russell each received a 2020-21 West Coast Conference All-Academic Honorable Mention accolade.
Raslowsky (civil engineering major) earned his fourth-straight honorable mention and Litoff (individual studies and studio art double-major) was recognized for the second time.
Davidson (biology), who took eighth place at the WCC Championship to earn All-WCC honors, received his first conference all-academic honor.
Chilcott (biology and philosophy double-major) and Russell (public health science and psychology double-major) were eligible for the first time in 2020-21 as sophomores.
At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to his team.
