SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - Santa Clara men's tennis took two of the three doubles matches and five singles matches to roll past Cal Poly 6-1 on Saturday at the Mustang Tennis Complex.
Guillaume Dalmasso, Jack Pulliam and Santiago Hinojosa all won their doubles and singles matches with Dalmasso having a hand in clinching both the doubles point as well as the match.
After the two squads split the first two doubles matches, the doubles point came down to court one where the duo of Dalmasso and Arthur Neuhaus defeated Noah Berry and Colter Smith 6-3.
Santa Clara (7-4) proceeded to win the next four singles matches including Dalmasso's match clincher on court two over Colter Smith 6-3, 6-4.
Cal Poly (3-5) picked up its lone point when No. 64 ranked Berry took down Neuhaus 6-4, 7-5 atop the singles lineup.
