Achieving a 3.0 or better grade point average for the 24th time in 25 quarters, the Santa Clara Bronco Athletic Department also saw eight student-athletes achieve a 4.0 GPA in the Winter of 2015. The Bronco student-athletes recorded a 3.120 GPA and boast a 3.141 cumulative GPA as well. The Broncos have scored a 3.0 or better GPA 22 straight quarters dating back to the Winter 2008 quarter.
The Santa Clara women’s tennis team collected another conference win in the first of its two Southern California matches of the week, eliminating the Loyola Marymount Lions 5-2. With the win, the Broncos improve to 2-2 in WCC and 6-7 overall.
