Watch the Bronco Weekly Sports Wrap 

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - In the April 23 edition of the Bronco Weekly Sports Wrap, co-hosts John Nash and Lauren Matheson chronicle some of the biggest happenings on the Mission campus including program firsts, individual accomplishments and the never-ending preparation of Bronco student athletes. 

First hear from women's water polo co-captain, Makena Pezutto who talks about the team's preparation for the WWPA Championships which will be held on the Santa Clara campus at the Sullivan Aquatic Center from April 26-28.

The week was highlighted by the women's tennis team who defeated both Gonzaga and Portland and forced a three-way tie for the West Coast Conference regular season title. The piece of the title is the program's first WCC title in school history. Hear from head coach Ben Cabell who talks about the title and the Broncos trip to San Diego, Calif., where they will compete in the WCC tournament from Apr. 26-30. The women's tennis team finished conference play with a 7-1 record. 

EYEBRONCO reveals a sneak-peak of the men's tennis Senior Day footage as Nash and Matheson congratulate Tom Pham, Eugene Muchynski and Matt Kecki on their careers as Broncos. Be sure to check SantaClaraBroncos.com later this week for a full video on Senior Day.

Next, hear from women's basketball senior Meagan Fulps, who was granted the unique opportunity to continue her playing career by being selected to play for the NetScouts All-Star team, which is comprised of some of the top collegiate talent in the country. Fulps and the rest of the team will spend 14 days in China playing games against Australia, China and Brazil. For the full release, click here.

Nash and Matheson then welcome one of the newest members to the EYEBRONCO family, women's soccer player Sofia Huerta. Huerta sits down to talk about how the women's soccer team is using the spring season as preparation for their fall campaign. 

Finally, Nash caught up with freshman pitcher Peter Hendron after the team shaved their heads for the "Shave for a Change" event. The event raised money for childhood cancer research.
