AS A JUNIOR (2010-2011): (XC) Placed 25^th at the USF Invitational with a time of 25:47… ran to a 40^th place finish at the Riverside Invite, coming in with a time of 25:08… came in with a time of 25:00 at the Bronco Invite, good for 48^th place… finished 13^th at the West Coast Conference Championships… came in 113^th at the  NCAA West Regional, finishing with a time of 32:03.. (TRACK) Competed in the 5000m in 15:09:09 for 8^th place @ Cal State Stanislaus 3/5/11…Set a PR of 8:43:75 in the 3000m for 2^nd place @UC Davis Aggie Open 3/12/11…Placed 8^th with a PR of 31:33:96 in the 10k @ San Francisco State 3/5/11…Finished with a PR in the 5000m in 14:58:41, good for fifth all-time at SCU @ Chico State 4/8-9/11…Competed in the 1500m for a personal best in 4:00:43 @ Woody Wilson Invitational, UC Davis 4/16/11…Ran the No.2 time in SCU history in the 5000m and placed 6^th in his heat with a time of 14:50:15 and an 8-second @ Brutus Hamilton Invitational, CAL 4/22/11.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2009-2010): (XC) Ran a time of 26:27, good for 31st place at the San Francisco Invite… placed 146th after running a time of 27:16… came in 114th at the Bronco Invite with a time of 26:46. (TRACK) Finished the 5000m in 15:19:12 @ the Benny Brown Invitational, Cal State Fullerton 3/6/10…Raced 15:55:66 in the 5000m @ Chico Twilight Invitational 4/10/10…Won the 2^nd heat of the 1500m and earned a 4-second PR of 4:02:92 @ Woody Wilson, UC Davis 4/17/10…Placed 6^th in the 1500m in 4:04:45 @ Cal State Stanisauls 5/14/10.

AS A FRESHMAN (2008-2009): (XC) Placed 35th in the San Francisco Invitational on Aug. 30 with an 8k time of 26:43...Placed 62nd in the West Coast Preview on Nov. 1 with an 8k time of 27:58. (TRACK) Ran the 5000m in 15:55 on 3/7/09 at the Gator Preview…Ran the 3k steeplechase in 10:59:72 and the 800m in 2:97:62 at the Aggie Open on 3/14/09…Ran the 800m in 2:11:42 in the Hornet Invite on 3/21/09…Finished the 5k in 16:29:3 on 3/27/09 at the SF State Distance Carnival…Raced the 1500m in 4:16:67 on 4/4/09 and in 4:25:12 on 4/17/09.
