AS A SENIOR (2010-2011): (XC) Redshirted...Ran 24:27 in the SCU Bronco Invitational...Earned 1st and a PR in the 8k at the Doc Adams Invite in 24:10. (TRACK) Place 3^rd in the 800m with 1:54:09 @ Cal State Stanislaus 3/5/11…Ran 1:54:02 for 5^th overall in the 800m @UC Davis Aggie Open 3/12/11…Competed in his first 1500m of the season in 3:55:01, his best-ever seasonal debut @ Stanford 3/25/11…Finished 11^th in the 5000m for a life-time best time of 14:56:71 @ Chico State 4/8-9/11…Won the 1500 in 3:53:53 for his best time of the season @ Woody Wilson Invitational, UC Davis 4/16/11…Placed 4^th overall in the 1500m with a time of 3:53:15 for a season best finish @ Brutus Hamilton Invitational, CAL 4/22/11...Ran a season best time in the 1500m @ the WCC Championships on 5/14/11 in 3:51:73.

AS A JUNIOR (2009-2010): (XC) The top runner for the Santa Clara men’s cross country team in 2009, placed 11th at the Stanford Invite with a time of 24:30… won the Bronco Invite with a time of 24:32… came in 2nd at the West Coast Conference Championships with a time of 24:56… placed 52nd at the NCAA West Regional’s with a time of 32:01. (TRACK) Competed in the 5000m in 14:59:27 and ran a sub-15 minute 5000m despite the driving rain and heavy winds @ the Benny Brown Invitational, Cal State Fullerton 3/6/10…Ran a season best in the 1500m in 3:56:73 and ran a personal best and school record of 1:53:40 in the 800m @ Stanford Invitational 3/26/10…Finished the 800m in 1:54:93 @ Johnny Mathis Invitational 4/3/10…Raced 1:53:77 in the 800m and 3:59:67 in the 1500m @ Chico Twilight Invitational 4/10/10…Placed 4^th in the fastest heat of the 1500m in 3:57:03 @ Woody Wilson, UC Davis 4/17/10…Re-set his school record in the 800m by one-hundredth second faster in 1:53:39 and finished the 1500m in 3:50:92, also besting his previous school record @ Brutus Hamilton Invitational, Cal 4/23/10…Ran his best time ever in the 1500m, at 3:51:96 @ Sac State, 5/8/10.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2008-2009): (XC) WCC 1st Team All-Conference 2008 when he finished ninth. Earned a PR in the 10k at the NCAA West Regional Championships with a time of 31:14:35. (TRACK) Finished the 5000m in 14:57:60, 4^th on the SCU all-time top times list @ Gator Preview SF State 3/7/09… Earned a PR in the 1500m in 3:54:16@ UC Davis Aggie Open 3/14/09…Finished in the top 10 of the 1500m in 4:01:66 @ Hornet Invitational, 3/21/09… Ran a lifetime best in the 800m in 1:54:41 @ Johnny Mathis Invitational, 4/5/09… Raced a PR in the 1500m in 3:54:16 for 4^th place @ Woody Wilson Invitational, 4/10/09…Finished the 1500m in 3:57:45 @ Bryan Clay Invitational, 4/17/09… Earned a PR of 1:54:29 in the 800m and ran the 1500m in 3:56:89 @ Brutus Hamilton Invitational 4/24/09.

AS A FRESHMAN (2007-2008): (XC) Ran 26:31 in the USF Invitational...Finished the Stanford Invite in 26:10...Raced 25:59 in the SCU Bronco Invite 10/13/07...Ran 26:15 at the WCC Championship...Finished the NCAA West Regionals Championship, a 10k race in 33:25:75 on 11/10/07. (TRACK) Earned a seasonal PR in the 800m in 1:55:89 against USF and in the 1500m in 3:59:13 at the Brutus Hamilton Invite.
