DAVIS, Calif. – Santa Clara men's rowing began its 2023 campaign with a scrimmage against Stanford Saturday on Lexington Reservoir.

"I thought we had a productive morning on the water with Stanford.  It was the first time this year for our guys to line up against an opponent and the guys raced well under pressure from Stanford. The morning was a great warmup for our trip down south next weekend to Newport Beach for the Challenge Cup."
