NOTES
- Last time out, Santa Clara had a good showing at WIRAs April 29-30.
- The Broncos were at the Chula Vista Invitational April 15-16.
- Santa Clara raced at the Ky Ebright Invitational April 8-9.
- April 1-2 the Broncos were at the Stanford Invitational.
- Santa Clara was at the Newport Challenge Cup on March 4.
- The season began with a scrimmage against Stanford on February 25.
- Last season the Broncos Varsity 8 boat finished fifth in the 4th Level Final at the IRA National Championships, 23rd in the nation. The 2V8, also in the 4th Level Final, finished first, 19th in the nation.
- At WIRAs, the Varsity 8 won the Grand Final while the Varsity 4 finished fifth in its Grand Final.
- Santa Clara took part in the Henley Royal Regatta last summer.
- Four rowers were named 2023 IRCA Scholar Athletes.
- Jay Farwell is in his second season as director of rowing. He oversees both the men's and women's rowing programs at Santa Clara after spending the previous 10 seasons as the head coach for the men.
