"As we work on building the team, transforming the culture, and creating success, we will invariably encounter significant challenges. It is always tough when one's performance does not reflect the care, intention, and hard work one has put toward it. We are going to use today as a learning experience. These women really laid it out there with everything they had, but came up short of their goals. We are so proud of four-year athlete, Andreana Margaritis, and first-year rower, Vicky Cerny, for being named all-WCC. It's nice to see them recognized for all their hard work. We are looking forward to seeing improvement at next year's championships. Go Broncos!"
