2014 WCC Freshman of the Year

AS A JUNIOR (2015-16): Played in all 10 events ... fourth-best scoring average on the team of 74.17 ... two top-10 finishes on the season ... CoSIDA Academic All-America nominee ... eight under-par rounds and four even-par rounds ... finished tied for 13th at the St. Mary's Invitational (Sept. 14-16) to open the year, firing an opening round 69 ... enjoyed his best collegiate event to-date at the Cabo del Sol Intercollegiate (Oct. 4-6), placing 2nd and matching his top three-round total score of 209 ... he was 7-under at the Cabo del Sol Intercollegiate (Oct. 4-6), going 70-68-71 ... posted his second straight top-10 finish, shooting an opening-round 67 en route to tying for ninth at the Bill Cullum Invitational (Oct. 19-20) ... finished the season with a 44th-place finish at the WCC Championship (April 18-20).  

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15):
One of three SCU players to qualify for all 12 events ... finished the year with a 73.65 career scoring average ... enjoyed 9 sub-par rounds ... season-best 66 in final round play at the Utah Ogio Invitational (Oct. 6-7) ... had back-to-back top 10 finishes early in the year at Utah's Ogio Invitational (Oct. 6-7) and the Bill Cullum Invitational (Oct. 20-21)  ... top-5 finish at the Bill Cullum, where he was 7-under, was his second-best career finish to date ... enjoyed his best spring event in his home state of Arizona, tying for 12th at the National Invitational hosted by the University of Arizona (March 1-2) ... at Stanford's The Goodwin (March 26-28) he fired a final-round 68 to finish among the top 20 in one of the toughest fields of the year at 1-under.   

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14):
Became the second Bronco to win WCC Freshman of the Year award ... competed in all 33 rounds over 11 events with a team-best 73.45 stroke average ... earned one top-10 and four top-20 finishes and amassed a team-high eight sub-par rounds ... placed 25th or better in five of six spring tournaments ... tied for 3rd, his highest finish of the season, with rounds of 77-72-69 at the Cabo del Sol Intercollegiate (Oct. 6-8) ... had a season-low round (65), 54-hole score (210) and to-par score (-3) at the SCVB Pacific Invitational (Nov. 1-2) to tie for 13th ... three rounds of 1-over 71 to tie for 22nd (213) at Wyoming Cowboy Classic (April 7-8) ... tied for 25th at WCC Championship (April 14-16) with scores of 71-81-74.

HIGH SCHOOL: Captain and No. 1 as a senior ... third place in state as a senior ... qualified for Waste Management Phoenix Open ... advanced to U.S. Open sectional qualifier with a round of 67 ... won 2013 Southwest Section PGA Ping Junior Open ... fourth place in state as a junior ... as a junior led team to first place in state and first place in the Brophy Invitational ... qualified for 2012 Junior Worlds ... qualified for 2012 U.S. Jr. Amateur ... qualified for Junior PGA Championship ... won 2012 Phoenix Metro Junior Championship ... placed third at the Arizona Stroke Play Championship ... four AJGA top-10 finishes.
