Jessica Everhart was hired as Senior Associate Athletic Director, Academics, Compliance and Student Services in May 2019. She is in her second year at Santa Clara.
Everhart had previously been at the West Coast Conference (WCC) where she served as the Assistant Commissioner, Governance and Compliance for four years at the conference office. In this role she worked with the ten WCC member institutions' senior athletics staff, Faculty Athletics Representatives, academic advisors, athletic trainers and compliance officers as well as was the liaison to various NCAA and CCACA constituents. She also oversaw WCC SAAC and the creation of the WCC Student-Athlete Leadership Summit. Prior to her time at WCC, Everhart spent several years in the Stanford University Athletics Department in their compliance office. She also spent time in similar compliance roles at Georgetown University, University of Maryland and University of Washington. A fun highlight of her career was being the DJ at the 2018 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament in the San Jose, CA region.
Everhart graduated in 2007 with a double major in Communication and English from the University of Washington where she was an active volunteer in the athletic department and a cheerleader. In 2009, she received her Masters in Education, Intercollegiate Athletics Leadership from the University of Washington. In her free time, Everhart enjoys spending time with her husband Dan Levine, son George and dog Wally.
