2018 All-WCC Honorable Mention
SENIOR (2018): Named All-WCC Honorable Mention ... led the team with two game-winning goals against San Diego (Aug. 24) in the season-opener and Cal Poly (Sept. 18) ... the goal against Cal Poly came just 41 seconds into the match for the second fastest goal in Bronco history behind Alberto Cruz's goal in 1991 which came 29 seconds into the match ... scored five goals on the season, good for second most on the team ... one of four Broncos to start in all 17 matches ... three of his five goals came in conference play to tie for the team lead along with Javier Ruiz Duran ... scored a goal in the WCC opener against LMU (Oct. 7) ... scored against No. 2 Saint Mary's (Oct. 21) ... collected a goal against San Diego in his final match.
JUNIOR (2017): Started in all 16 matches he appeared ... played the third most minutes on the team with 1,422 ... scored the game-winner against San Diego (Nov.11) ... credited with an assist against Tulsa (Sept.7).
SOPHOMORE (2016): Played in 12 games and made nine starts ... second on the team in shots with 22 on the year, five of which were on target ... an important piece of the Broncos attack in the center of the field.
FRESHMAN (2015): Played in all 20 games and made three starts ... scored one goal ... scored a goal vs. Saint Mary's.
HIGH SCHOOL: Starred at Gilroy High School in nearby Gilroy, Calif. … first team all-Monterey Bay League Gabilan Division forward … also named the MBLGD’s ‘Freshman of the Year’ … helped the Mustangs win the 2014 Central Coast Section Championship … played alongside current SCU teammates and classmates Alejandro Flores and Luis Urias at Gilroy … scored 28 goals as a prep junior and 15 as a sophomore … also drew prep accolades by the San Jose Mercury News and Gilroy Dispatch.
CLUB: Scored 17 goals for the De Anza Force Academy U17/18 side in 2014-2015.
PERSONAL: Son of Jose Antonio and Elizabeth Jimenez … has two siblings, Anthony and Jade … father, Jose Antonio, received a college soccer scholarship as well … majoring in psychology.
