SANTA CLARA, Calif. – For their work in the classroom, Santa Clara women's rowing had seven honored by the West Coast Conference on Thursday.
Hollynd Boyden was named WCC All-Academic while Valerie Bright, Katherine Malueg, Hope McGowan, Leah Senatro, Jiana Serpa, and Sarah Smith were honorable mention.
Boyden, a senior who is scheduled to graduate in June, has a 3.77 PGA as a Biology major. It is the third honor for Boyden who was also named a CRCA Scholar-Athlete in 2015.
It is the second honor for Bright and the first for the other five Broncos.
