April 29, 2001

LA JOLLA, Calif. - Sophomore Becky Hong tallied three goals as the Santa Clara women's water polo team upset UC Santa Cruz 6-4 to place fifth at the Women's Western Water Polo Association Tournament at Canyonview Pool. With the victory, the Broncos close their season with a 12-20 overall mark.
