In its last conference game, Santa Clara downed Air Force, 14-12, on the road (Oct. 15). The Broncos followed that up with a 4-2 record in their home Rodeo Tournament.

The team received production from a number of players during that four-day event. Graham McClone, one of only four seniors on the squad, tallied a team-high tying 15 goals, 10 assists and drew 13 kickouts in the six-game span. He now has a team-best 45 goals on the season.

Freshman Mac Carey also scored 15 goals and dished out five assists. Patrick Collins, another first-year player, made the first starts of his career in the tournament. Subbing for an injured Keaton Fox, Collins started all six games. He posted a career-best 15 saves in Saturday's win against Johns Hopkins and 14 in Monday's victory vs. George Washington.

Sophomore Dane Estrella scored six goals and senior Will Grant was able to hit the back of the net five times and draw a team-high 15 kickouts in the tournament. Sophomore Reilley May drew 12 kickouts.

The Lancers won all three games at the Rodeo Tournament, defeating St. Francis, Bucknell and Navy. Cal Baptist has won eight of its last nine outings.

Santa Clara won the last meeting between the schools, edging the Lancers, 9-8, on Oct. 22, 2015. The Broncos also won by the same score one year earlier in Riverside.

Santa Clara will travel up the coast Saturday to face Concordia in Irvine with the game set to start at 1:30 p.m.
