Winning its last four matches in the West Coast Conference, including its 20th match at Portland on Nov. 8, Santa Clara jumped into the AVCA top 25 this week. They are ranked No. 25.  Santa Clara hosts its final four regular season matches of the season, beginning with LMU on Thurs., Nov. 23 at 6 pm.

"It's nice to be recognized for all the work we have put in this season with a top 25 ranking.  We know we have four really important home matches coming up the next two weeks and we are really trying to focus on one match at a time," said Bronco head coach Jon Wallace.  "We feel like we are headed in the right direction with our team right now, starting three freshmen and two sophomores. We are building for years to come."

Wallace was also quick to point out the dedication of the seniors, Taylor Milton, Katy Schatzman and Chloe Sliger.  "Those three have worked really hard to help lead us here and we appreciate their hard work," said Wallace.  "They come in each day with a good attitude and help us get better every practice.  It all started in January. We are really dialed in right now, very focused, and want to build on that each day."

The Broncos are No. 3 nationally in service aces per set (1.86), No. 4 in team service aces (182) and No. 24 in assists per set (13.14).
