AS A FRESHMAN IN 2001-02: Had a career night against Gonzaga to open WCC play... tied a school record by making all five three-point attempts, and was 7-7 overall from the field for 19 points... added five rebounds in 20 minutes of action... followed that performance with 22 points against Portland as a starter... nailed another five three-pointers, all in the first half, including three straight that made her at one point 8-8 on the weekend... was named the WCC/Rawlings Player of the Week for those performances... was the only freshman in the league to earn the weekly recognition during the season... pulled down 13 rebounds against San Jose State... posted seven boards against Princeton and No. 7 Stanford... saw action in 30 contests with two starts... missed first match against LMU due to injury... came off the bench against Temple and netted five points, four rebounds and two assists in 18 minutes... hyperextended right wrist on Jan. 14, but able to play at San Diego two days later... her three-pointer against Saint Mary's in the semifinal of the WCC Tournament gave the Broncos their first lead with five minutes remaining, erasing an 18-point first-half deficit... fractured left wrist during WCC Championship contest vs. Pepperdine... was able to play in NCAA first round game vs. LSU... saw seven minutes of action.
