FOLSOM, Calif. – Santa Clara women's rowing competed at the Sacramento State Invite on Saturday at Lake Natoma in the final race before the WCC Championships.
The Broncos lone race was the Varsity 4. They finished in third place with a time of 7:56.3. Sacramento State won at 7:46.6 with Cal coming in a 7:51.7. UC San Diego rounded out the race at 8:23.8.
"I was able to see a couple technique issues in the last quarter of the race and cleaning those points up will be our focus for the last two weeks until WCC's," Santa Clara head coach Matt Pinschmidt said. "Our practice this morning went well and we're full speed ahead for our last two weeks."
