"We had a great couple of days in Seattle. The DMR was a highlight for us as was Harvey's dominating 3k heat win. Alex Miley had a busy weekend for us splitting 4:05 on the DMR relay and coming back with 4:10 in Saturday in the mile. We had a few guys were sick this week, so I'm pleased we were able to come up and compete well. We will be back at the Dempsey one more time this indoor season."
