SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara women's soccer had a pair of players honored on the CoSIDA Academic All-District 8 team, as announced Thursday. Junior defender Gudrun Arnardottir was named to the first team with senior defender Kat Uhl being named to the second team.
Arnardottir has a 3.65 GPA as an economics major. She was named All-WCC honorable mention on Tuesday and has scored three goals with two assists while starting all 19 games for the Broncos
Uhl has a 3.91 GPA in marketing. She has appeared in 19 games and made seven starts while picking up an assist.
Santa Clara begins the NCAA Tournament Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at No. 19 Cal.
