SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Head volleyball coach Jon Wallace will not return to the Santa Clara bench next season.

Wallace spent the last 20 years leading the Broncos who reached the NCAA Tournament 13 times in his tenure, including the national semifinals in 2005.

"I'd like to thank Jon for his longtime service to the University," said director of athletics Renee Baumgartner. "He had a tremendous impact on the lives of so many of our student-athletes."

The winningest coach in school history and a three-time WCC Coach of the Year (2000, '05, '07), Wallace posted a 367-230 (.615) record, including 180-128 (.584) in league play.

Wallace produced 10 All-Americans, 12 AVCA All-Region selections and 92 All-WCC honorees, including three league players of the year and five conference freshmen of the year.

The program's strong academic résumé during his tenure included 54 WCC All-Academic nods and six CoSIDA Academic All-District honorees.
