SAN JOSE, Calif. - The Santa Clara women's golf team wrapped up the San Jose Spartan Invitational Tuesday from the Almaden Country Club in San Jose. The Broncos didn't quite get the performance they enjoyed Monday, but held their ground on the leaderboard to finish 13th with a final round team score of 320.

Senior Samantha Trask led the Broncos with a final round of 77, finishing tied for 44th place. For the tournament, Trask was a steady contributor for the Broncos, shooting par on 36 of the 54 total holes.

Junior Corey Utsurogi matched her second round 80 on Tuesday to finish 57th, and yesterday's team leader, freshman Jamie Nonaka, finished the tournament just two strokes behind Utsurogi with a final round of 84, tied for 59th place.

Megan Stoddart turned in a final round of 82 and Jennifer Sun finished with an 81, while Erin Sullivan, who was participating without team affiliation, had a very nice final round of 79, finishing tied for 65th along with Stoddart.

The team will now have some time off from competition before hosting duels with San Francisco and Harvard on Thursday, March 29 at CordeValle in San Martin, Calif.
