Day of Giving - Athletics Website
SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Santa Clara University's 10th annual Day of Giving is set for Wednesday, April 12.
Last year, thanks to the generosity of Bronco supporters everywhere, Santa Clara Athletics led all Santa Clara University units with 1,990 total gifts and $997,414 raised during that 24-hour period for a record-breaking effort. This year, we will be striving to break our Santa Clara Athletics fundraising record once again with a goal of surpassing $1,000,000 raised in a single day.
The Day of Giving has become incredibly important for Santa Clara Athletics, as every dollar raised goes directly towards supporting Bronco student-athletes on and off the field. "We were absolutely blown away with the level of support shown to our coaches and student-athletes during last year's Day of Giving," director of athletics Renee Baumgartner said. "As we continue to build our programs, enhance our student-athlete experience, and compete for championships, your support during the 10th annual Day of Giving on April 12 will be crucial towards sustaining our momentum forward."
