SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Four Santa Clara men's rowers were honored for their performance at WIRAs April 27-28 on the All-WIRA teams. Misha Hindery and Grant Findlay were named to the first team and Grant Steffen and Nick Szigeti were on the second team.
Hindery and Findlay helped lead the Varsity 8 to a second place finish, just one second off the lead. Szigeti was part of the Varsity 4 that took home the title and Steffen rowed with the 2nd Varsity 8 that finished six seconds off the lead.
The Broncos are off until Western Sprints Saturday, May 18 when they will attempt to qualify for the IRA National Championships for the fifth year in a row.
