Brauckmeyer Student-Athlete Spotlight (May 20, 2020)

A second-year member of the program … has appeared in 17 events with a scoring average of 73.98 and two top 20 showings, including one top 10 … has eight rounds under par and eight at par.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20): Competed in all seven events … posted a 75.00 scoring average … tied for 28th at the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational (Oct. 21-23), posting a 1-over 217 (73-74-70), helping the Broncos to a fourth-place finish.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19): Competed in ten events … posted a 73.24 scoring average … placed 23rdat the UC Irvine Invitational (Feb.11-12), helping the Broncos to a 3rd place finish … finished with a career-best tie for sixth at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic (April 8-9), posting  7-under 209 (72-67-70) … was a leading player for the Broncos at the last two events of the season, The Boilermaker Invitational (April 13-14) and The WCC Championship (April 25-27), shooting even-par 144 (74-70) and even-par 216 (72-72-72), respectively. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Alexander von Humboldt in Lima, Peru … began representing Venezuela in international tournaments in 2015 … finished second at the South American Pre-Junior Golf Championship in 2015 … chosen to represent Venezuela in multiple tournaments since 2015 … won the Lima Golf International Championship and Copa Alianza del Pacifica in Peru in 2017 ... a finance major in the Leavey School of Business.
