"It is great to end on a winning note. I am really proud of our girls with what they set out to do this week," said Bronco head coach Jon Wallace. "Going back to Monday they wanted to have a good send off for the seniors and by beating Pepperdine and LMU they did just that. And we wanted to start a new conference season and we went 2-0. We'll see what happens next Sunday - it's a long shot in making the NCAA Tournament for the 12th straight year, but I am proud of our girls, we really finished strong and really played hard these last two matches."

"Lindsy went out with a great night, both hitting and blocking. We tried to give her some set reps, but it didn't work like we wanted to in set three. She is our funny player because she does everything and plays such a big role," said Wallace. "Kim Courtney played libero today and played really strong."
