LAS VEGAS – Santa Clara men's basketball will be one of eight teams participating in the 2016 Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational, which holds its final two rounds on Thursday, Nov. 24, and Friday Nov. 25, at Orleans Arena.
The field also includes Arizona, Butler, Bucknell, Norfolk State, Northern Colorado, Sacred Heart and Vanderbilt. The tournament bracket and matchups will be released in the summer.
Each team will play four games – the first two at campus sites and the final two rounds at the Orleans Arena, which also holds the West Coast Conference men's and women's tournaments each year.
FS1 will air four games in Las Vegas, two opening-round matchups on Nov. 24, as well as the championship and consolation contests the following day. The network runs all aspects of the tournament, including ticket sales and sponsorships.
