AT SANTA CLARA: Wrapped up her fourth season with the program in 2021-22 ... has participated in 26 career events with a scoring average of 74.77 - the lowest in program history … Has recorded 15 top 20 finishes, including eight in the top 10 and two individual titles ... Has carded 13 sub-par rounds and seven rounds at par with a career low of 68. 

AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2022-23): In her fifth season at Santa Clara... Has appeared in all four events this season with a scoring average of 74.80... She has finished in the top ten 9 times and the top 20 16 times... She had two first place wins at Bobcat Desert Classic and Wyoming Cowgirl Classic scoring (70-71-72--213) -3 and (68-72-74--214) -2... She had 14 below par and seven at par.

AS A SENIOR (2021-22): Had a fantastic senior campaign that included a pair of individual wins and the third-lowest scoring average in a single season in program history (74.03) ... Became the first Bronco since 2017-18 to win medalist honors, doing so twice at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic and Bobcat Desert Classic ... Picked up All-WCC honors ... At the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic, she shot a career-best 3-under 70-71-72--213 ... Choi then followed up the next week with a career-low 68 in the opening round of the Bobcat Desert Classic in which she would also win medalist honors at 2-under 68-72-74--214 ... Totaled seven sub-par rounds and five at-par over the season ... Had six top-20 finishes including five top-5 finishes ... Finished third at the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational (2-over 74-71-73--218), fourth at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational (2-under 72-71-71--214) and tied for fourth at the GCU Invitational at 1-under 73-70-72--215 ... Finished tied for 13th at the WCC Championship.

AS A JUNIOR (2020-21): Did not see tournament action.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20): Competed in all six events ... posted a 75.94 scoring average, second best on the team and 13th on the school’s single-season list ... named honorable mention WCC All-Academic … the team’s top finisher in three tournaments ... was the top individual for the Broncos and had a collegiate-best fourth-place finish at the Hobble Creek Fall Classic (Sept. 9-10), shooting 3-over 216 (71-72-73) ... tied for 18th at the Ptarmigin Ram Classic (Sept. 23-24), shooting 10-over 226 (75-72-79).

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19): Competed in all 10 events … posted a 74.80 scoring average, third best on the team … contributed to the team’s first-place trophy at the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational (Oct. 15-16), shooting 9-over 225 ... was the top individual for the Broncos and had a collegiate-best fifth-place finish at The Gold Rush (Feb. 25-26), shooting even-par 216 ... tied for ninth at the Fresno State Classic (April 1-2), finishing 1-over 217 (75-71-71) ... posted collegiate-best 70 in the first round of the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic (April 8-9) ... finished tied for 19th at the WCC Championship (April 18-20) with a 15-over 228.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Punahou high school in Honolulu, Hawaii … as a senior in 2018, won the Division I Individual state championship … won the Interscholastic League of Honolulu (ILH) championship and the individual state championship in 2017, while also named the ILH player of the year … helped Punahou win the team state championship each year from 2015-18.

AMATEUR: Competed for the 2021 U.S. Women's Open to become the first Bronco to appear in a major championship  ... carded a 36-hole total of 10-over-par 152, only four shots below the cut line

PERSONAL: From Honolulu, Hawaii … parents are Saejin Choi and Hyojin Shim … father is an insurance agent and mother in a commercial and graphic designer … has a younger sister, Catherine … Graduated with a degree in Economics and a minor in Management Information Systems in the Leavey School of Business, and is now working on her master's in marketing … enjoys going to the beach and spending time outdoors ... Works as a teacher's assistant at St. Clement's Preschool.
