COUER d'ALENE, Id. - Santa Clara women's golf posted a team score of 16-over 300 on Sunday in their first of three rounds of action at the Couer d'Alene Invitational in Idaho.
Graduate Claire Choi led the Broncos individually with a 2-over 73 and is currently tied for 24th heading into Monday's second round. Inara Sharma turned in a 4-over 75 and is tied for 56th, while Audrey Brust and Borina Sutikto are a shot back in a tie for 64th at 5-over. Freshman Rachael Wang rounds out the Broncos' contingent with a 7-over 78 to tie for 80th.
Santa Clara currently sits in 16th in the team standings while Sacramento State holds the lead after an even par-284. Florida International's Karrissa Kilby and USF's Yvonne Shang lead the field at 4-under 67.
