Broncos Wrap Up Day 2 Of Coeur d'Alene Collegiate

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - Santa Clara women's golf freshman Rachael Wang had the Broncos' top card of the day in the second round of the Coeur d'Alene Collegiate. The Honolulu product carded a 2-over 73 on the day to climb 22 spots in the individual standings. 

Wang turned in two birdies as part of her second round and is now tied for 58th at 9-over 78-73--151. Claire Choi is the Broncos' top individual in the standings with a tie for 40th at 6-over 73-75--148. Borina Sutikto is tied for 50th at 8-over 76-74--150 while Inara Sharma (75-80--155) is tied for 81st and Audrey Brust (76-82--158) is tied for 88th to round out the SCU starting five. 

Santa Clara remains in 16th in the team standings with a two-day total of 34-over 300-302--602. Sacramento State carded a 5-under 279 on Monday to begin pulling away for the team title at 5-under 563. Oral Roberts and Nevada are tied for second at 2-over 570. Cal State Fullerton's Davina Xanh is the individual leader at 6-under 70-66--136.
