SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Continuing its six-game road trip, the Santa Clara women's tennis team travels to Fresno State University to take on the No. 28-ranked Bulldogs on Saturday at 3 p.m.

"(Fresno State) is really good this year, so it's going to be a tough challenge, but we're excited to take it on," said head coach Ben Cabell. "Right now, we need to get healthy; we need to get our whole team on the court. If we do that, we feel like we have a really good chance in matches. That's our goal."

The Broncos (2-2) are coming off of a 6-1 loss to No. 73 San Jose last weekend and will once again face nationally-ranked singles and doubles players against Fresno State (3-3).

Maiar Sherif Ahmed is ranked No. 26 in the country in singles play and she and Rana Sherif Ahmed pair up to be the No. 18 doubles duo in the country as well.
