SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Senior Julia Peters and junior Elizabeth Anderson received Golden Coast Conference Honors for their efforts in the pool this season. Peters received First Team All-Conference and Anderson landed on the Honorable Mention list.
This season, Peters led the Broncos in goals scored, notching 56 including a career high seven goals in the Senior Day game win over Azusa Pacific on April 18. Peters additionally was second on the team with 31 steals and 12 field blocks.
Last season, Peters was named to GCC Second Team All-Conference.
Anderson proved to be an offensive playmaker for the Broncos this season, earning 52 ejections, which gave the Broncos plenty of power play opportunities. In addition, Anderson recorded 35 goals, 15 assists and 13 steals.
Anderson was named GCC Player of the Week (Feb. 4) after a standout performance, scoring five goals that helped lead the Broncos to their first two wins of the season.
