AS A FIFTH-YEAR SENIOR (2021-22): Saved his best season in the red and white for last with a team-best three top-10 finishes ... Played in eight tournaments with the team's second-best scoring average of 74.29 ... Totaled six sub-par rounds with five rounds in the 60s ... Secured a career-best tie for third finish at the El Macero Classic with a 6-under 69-69-72--210 ... Set personal bests for an 18-hole round (64) and 54-hole total (205) at the Mason Rudolph Championship; finished the event 8-under 72-64-69--205 to place sixth ... His second round 64 at the Mason Rudolph tied for the lowest round of any Bronco throughout the season (Jack Avrit) ... Tied for ninth at the Prestige (70-74-75--219). 

AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Competed in four events … posted a 72.40 scoring average, second best on the team … had two top 20 finishes, including one top 10 … tied for 16th at the Sacramento State Invitational (March 1-2), carding even-par 216 (72-71-73) … finished sixth at the Wildhorse Classic (April 10-12), shooting even-par 216 (77-71-68).

AS A JUNIOR (2019-20): Particpiated in six events … posted a 73.00 scoring average … finished in the top 30 in four tournaments … tied for 16th at the Firestone Invitational (Sept. 30-Oct. 1), posting a 216 even par (74-71-71) … shot a collegiate best 4-under 209 (73-67-69) at the Allister MacKenzie Invitational (Oct. 7-8) … his second-round score was a collegiate-best.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Competed in five events … posted a 75.50 scoring average … tied for 20th at the UC Irvine Invitational (Feb.11-12), helping the Broncos to a third-place finish … posted a career-low 68 in the first round of the Wyoming Cowboy Classic (April 8-9).

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18): Played in 10 events … achieved a scoring average of 73.90 … had a collegiate-low 68 in the first and third round of the NCAA Raleigh Regional (May 14-16) where he tied for 26th… tied for 14th, his best collegiate finish, at the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational (Oct. 26-28) with scores of 70-70-71 (211) ... tied for 29th at the WCC Championship (April 26-28, 2018) with an 8-over 224 (73-77-74).

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Mid Pacific Institute (Hawai’i) under coaches Summerset Lovett and Tyler Isono … shot an average of 68 and a tournament-low of 67 during his senior season … selected to the All-ILH first team in all four years … won the junior long drive challenge twice at the PGA Sony Open in 2016 and 2017 … finished second at the 2017 Hawai’i State Amateur Golf Championship.

PERSONAL: Born in Honolulu, Hawai’i … parents are Bryan and Lesley Kaneshiro … father is a manufacturing sales representative and mother works in operations management … enjoys watching sports, playing sports, working out, and hanging out with friends in his free time ... an economics (BS) major.
