AS A FIFTH-YEAR SENIOR (2021-22): Appeared in 10 of 11 events while compiling a 74.63 scoring average ... Had seven rounds under par and two at par ... Shot a career-low 12-under 65-69-70 to tie for third at the Arizona Intercollegiate; rolled in 11 birdies over the final two rounds to secure what would prove to be his best career finish ... Tied for 15th at the Desert Mountain Collegiate (4-over 72-76-72--220) ... Was 3-over 64-76-76--216 at the Saint Mary's Invitational; opening round 64 tied for the lowest individual round by a Bronco on the season (Zack Kaneshiro) ... AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Competed in all seven events … posted a 72.76 scoring average, third best on the team … earned WCC All-Academic honorable mention … a member of the GCAA All-America Scholar team … had two top 20 finishes, including one top 10 … the team’s top finisher at the Duck Invitational (March 22-23), carding 4-over 217 (71-71-75) to tie for ninth place … tied for 22nd with Matt McCarty as the team’s top finishers at the WCC Championship (April 29-May 1), shooting 1-under 215 (72-70-73) … tied for 14th at the Bandon Dunes Championship (March 7-9), shooting 1-over 214 (67-76-71).

AS A JUNIOR (2019-20): Competed in four events … posted a 73.42 scoring average … earned WCC All-Academic honorable mention … a member of the GCAA All-America Scholar team … the team’s top finisher at the Saint Mary’s Invitational (Nov. 4-6), tying for 29th with a 1-over 214 (69-75-70) … tied for 34th at the Lamkin Grips San Diego Classic (March 9-10), posting a 3-over 219 (75-75-69).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Competed in seven events … posted a scoring average of 73.05, third on the team … tied for eighth at the UC Irvine Invitational (Feb. 11-12), contributing to the Broncos’ third-place finish, posting 1-over 217 72-75-70 … finished with a career-best tie for seventh at the Olympic Club Intercollegiate (March 11-12), shooting 1-under 212 (72-71-69).

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18): Played in 10 events … achieved a scoring average of 74.50 … tied for 14th, his best career finish, at the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational (Oct. 26-28) with scores of 70-72-69 (5-under 211) … had a collegiate-low 65 in the first round of the NCAA Raleigh Regional (May 14-16) where he tied for 59th… tied for 26th at the WCC Championship (April 16-18) with scores of 73-74-75 (222). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Arroyo Grande High School (Calif.) under coach Jeff Byars … led his team to Pac-7 league championships from 2014 to 2016 and undefeated seasons in 2015 and 2016 … had the lowest scoring average in the Pac-7 from freshman through junior year, finishing with an average of 72.6 in his junior season … selected to the All-CIF first team his junior year.

PERSONAL: Born in San Luis Obispo, California … parents are Darren and Susan Avrit … father played baseball at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and now works as a university professor … mother graduated from La Verne and currently works as a high school counselor … has two younger siblings, Owen and Tait … enjoys playing and watching sports, reading, and spending time with friends in his free time … earnned his bachelor's degree in communication in June 2021.
