The Student Athelete Advisory Committee, known as SAAC, handed out the Santa Clara Senior Student-Athlete Awards last week. Women's basketball's Alyssa Shoji and men's tennis' Kyle Dandan were named the top student-athletes, while Austin Jones and Tanya Schmidt were recognized for the top individual cumulative grade point average.
The team spirit awards were handed out to men's cross country and women's basketball. Both teams have won the award the past three years.
