FRESNO, Calif. — Three different players scored multiple goals and the Santa Clara women's water polo team dominated host Fresno Pacific, 14-5, in a non-conference game at the Sunnyside Aquatics Center.

Georgia Lewis made nine stops in net as the Broncos' goalie. Liyara Senadheera made six saves in the fourth period alone. The Broncos' 14 goals were the most they've scored since March 4, 2022, when they beat Augustana, 16-8.

Santa Clara led 4-2 after the first period and 7-4 at halftime. The defense then shutdown the Sunbirds (2-6) in the second half, only allowing one goal. Meanwhile, the offense put in seven more goals for the 14-5 lead.

The Broncos play at home for the first time this season next week. They play an exhibition match versus Toronto on Friday, then host their own SCU Tournament with four total matches on Saturday and Sunday. Fans can find all live coverage links on SantaClaraBroncos.com.
