SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Santa Clara's women's tennis team will host three local schools at its Bronco Invitational, starting on Fri., Nov. 9 and running through Sun., Nov. 11. The Broncos will host San Jose State University, University of San Francisco and Stanford University for the Bronco Invitational that kicks off at 10 am on Friday.

Bronco head women's tennis coach Ben Cabell is looking forward to the tournament as much as the players. "This is our final tournament of the fall season before we kick off our regular season in January," said Cabell. "Everyone is participating and it will be a good test to see where they are."

Cabell is especially pleased with seniors Kelly Lamble and Maggie McGeorge's doubles as well as sophomore Stephanie Skaras' single's results for the fall. "Everybody has been playing well, but Kelly, Maggie and Stephanie have especially been doing well," said Cabell.

The tournament will be going on throughout the day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Come out and support the women's tennis team this weekend!
