SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – Friday's scheduled game between Santa Clara men's basketball and San Jose State has been canceled as the Spartans were unable to play.
Tipoff was set for 6 p.m. in Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz, California.
The Broncos (6-0) played there on Tuesday, defeating Fresno Pacific, 88-65.
The Spartans (1-2) were last in action on Sunday, falling to Cal Poly, 73-71.
Santa Clara's remaining nonleague games will be announced as they are finalized, but the West Coast Conference schedule begins on Jan. 2 against Loyola Marymount.
