SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Santa Clara University men's and women's tennis teams will host a clinic on Monday, Feb 12 at the Degheri Tennis Center. The USTA NorCal Junior Tennis Explosion clinic will run from 4:30-6:00 p.m. in conjunction with the SAP Open, an ATP tour event which is being held at HP Pavilion in San Jose from Feb. 12-18. Children that participate in the clinic will receive a free ticket to the SAP Open's evening matches on Monday.
Members of both the men's and women's tennis teams will be on hand to give instruction to the youth players along with the head coaches of both programs, George Husack (men) and Ben Cabell (women). Also, select players from the SAP Open will make an appearance at the event.
