Head coach George Husack, on match: "Doubles was key again today and we came up just a bit short. We had our chances at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles but they stepped up and we didn't. Overall, we needed to be sharper today. You have to credit Cornell though. They played very well and they made it difficult for us."
Husack, on momentum: "We gained some momentum when Jay (Wong) came back and won his second set. We had Jan (Macek) and Jay going into the third set around the same time, but they both started out a bit tentative in the third set. They did not recover and the Cornell players were very sharp in the final set."
