Head coach George Husack: "There is a lot of good competition here. I think that out guys competed very well and we are much improved from Fresno last week. We had some good matches and the guys did a good job of excuting their game plans. Having three doubles teams advance is great also."
Husack, on rebounding from last week: "We talked a lot about what we did wrong last weekend and what we need to do to be better. I think that has helped us get off to a good start here. The team has approached this tournament very well so far and everyone has had a great attitude. We were mentally tough today and I hope that continues through the weekend."
