Santa Clara, ranked No. 14 nationally, was defeated 17-3 at No. 4 Stanford on Saturday at Avery Aquatic Center Saturday. The Cardinal (17-4, 5-2 MPSF) have won eight of their last nine games. Santa Clara moves to 17-16 and 4-5 in WWPA.
Santa Clara was led by Tucker Carlson's two goals. Peter Moore added one.
Santa Clara travels to the WWPA Championships next weekend in San Diego.
