Santa Clara, Calif. – The Santa Clara women's tennis team was handed its first WCC loss today from the University of San Diego by a score of 7-0. The Broncos are 12-3 overall and 3-1 in the WCC.
"San Diego is ranked No. 23 in the nation for a reason. They are a very good team, and we will take this loss and improve next time around," said head coach Ben Cabell.
