Loera, a recent fourth round pick in the NWSL Draft, was named the WCC Defensive Player of the Year in 2019 as a junior. She was also named First Team All-West Region and First Team All-WCC for the second year in a row. It is the second consecutive season Loera has been named to the preseason team.

Turnbow, a second round pick in the NWSL Draft, has been named First Team All-West Region and First Team All-WCC in each of her first three years. Last season she set career highs with 15 goals, 10 assists, and 40 points. She was a preseason selection in 2018.

Doyle was named Second Team All-WCC a season ago after she played in all 23 of Santa Clara's games while making 20 starts. On the year, she scored four goals and added six assists. She scored the overtime winner against Cal in the first round of the NCAA Tournament and followed up with the game winner against No. 13 Oklahoma State in the second round. Doyle was also on the preseason team in 2018.

D'Aquila is the reigning WCC Freshman of the Year. She was also named Second Team All-West Region, Second Team All-WCC, and Freshman All-WCC in 2019 after tying for the most goals in the country among freshmen with 15. The 15 goals as a freshman tied for the team lead and tied a program record.
