SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's soccer signed Juan O'Neill, an all-conference midfielder at Assumption College, to join the program for the 2020 season.

"Juan gained experience playing in Spain at the end of high school. This gives him a high level understanding of the game, which was one of the traits that interested us in him. When you add his collegiate years and Puerto Rican National Team games, we feel his maturity will bring a lot to the table. He has a strong mentality and physical approach, which will be welcome in our midfield. We are very excited to add Juan to the squad for next year," said Broncos head coach Cam Rast.
