Women's Golf Sixth After 36 Holes At Fresno State Classic

FRESNO, Calif. - Santa Clara women's golf posted a 36 hole score of 18-over 295-299--594 on Monday to finish the first two rounds in sixth place at the Fresno State Classic. Three Bronco Individuals are in the top-20 following 36 holes of action. 

Borina Sutikto had the top individual performance of the day, using a 1-under 71 second round to jump 19 spots in the standings for a tie for 5th at 1-over 74-71--145. Inara Sharma (74-74--148) and Claire Choi (72-76--148) are tied for 19th at 4-over. 

Lauren Shew (75-79--154) is tied for 49th and Marie Jordaan (81-78--159) is tied for 74th. Olivia Venderby, playing as an individual, is tied for 66th at 13-over 81-76--157. 

Hawai'i holds a four-stroke lead over host-Fresno State at 7-over 289-294--583). Fresno State's Jessica Hall leads the field at 4-under 70-70--140.
