LONG BEACH, Calif. - Santa Clara women's tennis fell to Long Beach State 7-0 in a nonconference match on Saturday afternoon.
The lone victory on the day for the Broncos (0-9) came in doubles action when Velizara Fileva and Kacey Feng beat Doga Akyurek and Hana Becirovic Novak 6-3.
Long Beach State (5-7) did not drop a set during singles play and got the match clincher from Sheena Masuda over Kacey Feng 7-5, 6-2 on court five.
